The Transformational Leadership Retreat at Charlson Meadows invites nonprofit leaders, health system professionals, civic activists, and mission-driven innovators to pause, reflect, and reimagine their leadership in a time of complexity and change.
Grounded in the beauty and serenity of Charlson Meadows, this immersive experience creates space for renewal, learning, and collaboration. Participants will deepen their self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and explore how facilitative and adaptive leadership practices can transform not only organizations but also the communities they serve.

Your Instructor & Guide
A premier facilitator and organizational development practitioner, Irina guides teams through strategic planning, change and engagement initiatives. Irina also teaches the art and science of facilitation and facilitative leadership. Born in the USSR, Irina spent the first half of her life in Russia, Crimea and Ukraine. She moved to the US in 2002 and co-founded the Institute of Cultural Affairs Ukraine (named an “enemy of the state” for her efforts). Irina delivers lively, inspiring experiences for communities and organizations. Irina is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
