Instead, when life requires a change of plans, we work together to find the best path forward through postponement or transfer.
If HueLife Postpones a Course

When minimum participant thresholds are not met, postponement helps ensure the quality of your learning experience and the viability of the program.
If a Participant Cannot Attend
We know plans sometimes shift. If you are unable to attend:
Instead of canceling, you are encouraged to postpone your participation by transferring to another HueLife course.
Payment and Refund Conditions
Force Majeure
Sometimes circumstances arise that are beyond anyone’s control. HueLife will not be held responsible for delays or postponements caused by events such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, political unrest, power outages, or venue closures.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will do everything possible to offer alternative options; such as rescheduling the course or providing an alternate participation method.
Our Shared Agreement
By registering for a HueLife course, you agree to the terms of this policy. We believe this shared commitment allows us to provide the best possible learning experience while ensuring fairness, sustainability, and mutual accountability.
