Where history meets the future of leadership
In moments of profound change, leadership asks more of us than authority or expertise. It asks for courage, discernment, and the ability to think beyond inherited systems.
The Hue Leadership Retreat in Boston invites leaders into a three-day immersive experience designed to deepen critical thinking, expand perspective, and strengthen the capacity to lead meaningful change. Set in one of the most historically significant and intellectually vibrant regions in the world, this retreat draws inspiration from Boston’s legacy of revolution, inquiry, and innovation while engaging the realities of leadership today and the possibilities of what comes next.
The Setting
The retreat is held at MIT Endicott House, a historic executive education center surrounded by gardens and open grounds just outside Boston. This environment is intentionally designed for reflection, dialogue, and deep learning.
The Experience
Over three days, participants will engage in facilitated dialogue, reflective practices, and collaborative inquiry that explore:
How history, power, and systems shape the way we lead
What it truly takes to innovate in the face of uncertainty and resistance
How to move beyond fear-based decision-making toward courageous action
What collaborative, inclusive leadership looks like in practice—not theory
The retreat is intentionally small and invitation-based, creating space for deep conversation, trust-building, and meaningful connection among peers.
