Reconnecting Purpose. Renewing Leadership. Inspiring Action.
The Transformational Leadership Retreat at Charlson Meadows invites nonprofit leaders, health system professionals, civic activists, and mission-driven innovators to pause, reflect, and reimagine their leadership in a time of complexity and change.
Grounded in the beauty and serenity of Charlson Meadows, this immersive experience creates space for renewal, learning, and collaboration. Nestled alongside Lake Zumbra, Charlson Meadows offers warm indoor gathering spaces — from fireside living rooms to sunlit lakeside rooms — as well as trails and open grounds that invite quiet reflection and community connection. Whether gathered around a table for deep dialogue or walking the trails together, participants will find the environment itself to be part of the experience. Here, leaders will deepen their self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and explore how facilitative and adaptive leadership practices can transform not only organizations but also the communities they serve.
In alignment with Charlson Meadows’ mission to inspire people to live with purpose and enrich their communities, and Global Synergy Group’s work in strengthening communities and youth in Minnesota and Ukraine through facilitation, civic engagement, and leadership development, this retreat empowers leaders to cultivate resilience, connection, and purposeful action.
