Three Days of Intensive Facilitation Practice

The HUE™ Facilitation Bootcamp is an immersive three-day experience designed for experienced facilitators, trainers, consultants, leaders, and change practitioners who want to strengthen their facilitation skills through practice, coaching, and real-world application.

This is not a traditional facilitation course.

It is a hands-on learning laboratory where participants repeatedly practice facilitation techniques, receive personalized feedback, refine their facilitation style, and build confidence leading conversations, meetings, workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.

Throughout the bootcamp, participants develop practical skills in three areas:

Facilitating Self

Develop greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional intelligence, and facilitation presence.

Facilitating Teams

Strengthen your ability to guide conversations, navigate group dynamics, build consensus, and manage challenging situations.

Facilitating Organizations

Learn to design engaging workshops, strategic planning sessions, and collaborative processes that achieve meaningful outcomes.

Using the HUE™ Principles and D.E.V.C.A. Framework as the foundation, participants engage in demonstrations, facilitation drills, simulations, peer coaching, and personalized feedback throughout all three days.

Participants Will Learn To:

  • Increase confidence facilitating diverse groups
  • Adapt to different personalities and thinking styles
  • Ask more effective facilitation questions
  • Build psychological safety and participation
  • Manage conflict and difficult group dynamics
  • Design engaging facilitation processes
  • Guide groups from discussion to action
  • Receive practical coaching from experienced facilitators

Recommended For

Professional facilitators, trainers, consultants, nonprofit leaders, public sector professionals, organizational development practitioners, community engagement specialists, strategic planning facilitators, and anyone who regularly leads meetings, workshops, or collaborative processes.

Format: Three consecutive in-person days

Learning Style: Highly interactive with demonstrations, simulations, practice sessions, reflection, and coaching.

Come prepared to facilitate, receive feedback, learn from your peers, and leave with greater confidence, stronger skills, and practical tools you can immediately apply in your work.
