The HUE™ Facilitation Bootcamp is an immersive three-day professional development experience designed for facilitators, trainers, consultants, organizational leaders, and change practitioners who want to elevate their facilitation practice beyond learning methods and into mastering the craft.
Great facilitation is more than following an agenda or asking good questions. It is the ability to create environments where people think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, navigate complexity together, and commit to meaningful action.
Throughout this highly interactive bootcamp, participants develop the mindset, presence, and practical skills needed to confidently facilitate conversations, workshops, planning sessions, and collaborative processes in increasingly complex environments.
Unlike traditional training programs that focus primarily on facilitation techniques, the HUE Facilitation Bootcamp emphasizes deliberate practice. Participants spend three days applying methods, experimenting with different approaches, receiving personalized coaching, and refining their facilitation style through repeated practice and structured feedback.
Grounded in HueLife’s Human Understanding & Engagement (HUE™) principles, the bootcamp integrates facilitation, leadership, organizational development, systems thinking, adult learning, and change management into one cohesive learning experience. It will feel much more like a musicians’ masterclass or an athletic training camp than a traditional workshop.
Participants will strengthen their ability to:
Transformational facilitation begins with the individual, expands through relationships, and ultimately enables organizational and systems change. Each day builds on the last.
Develop your facilitation presence through greater self-awareness.
Participants explore their personal facilitation style, leadership philosophy, communication preferences, emotional intelligence, and decision-making patterns using HUE™ principles, the D.E.V.C.A. Framework, and Lumina Learning. Through coaching and practical exercises, participants begin building a facilitation approach that is authentic, intentional, and adaptable.
Master the art of guiding group dynamics.
Participants practice facilitating conversations, collaborative processes, consensus-building activities, and conflict situations while receiving structured peer and instructor feedback. Realistic simulations provide opportunities to strengthen confidence while learning how to engage every voice in the room.
Design facilitation experiences that create meaningful results.
Participants learn how to design meetings, workshops, strategic planning sessions, and change initiatives that align with organizational objectives. The bootcamp concludes with a capstone facilitation challenge where participants design a real-world session while receiving personalized coaching and feedback.
People do not become exceptional facilitators by simply learning new methods. They become exceptional through practice.
Every concept introduced during the bootcamp is immediately applied through demonstrations, simulations, role plays, peer coaching, reflection, and facilitated feedback. Participants leave not only with new tools, but with greater confidence, deeper self-awareness, and practical experience facilitating a wide variety of situations.
The HUE Facilitation Bootcamp develops facilitators from the inside out. Rather than focusing solely on techniques, participants strengthen three interconnected dimensions of facilitation:
By integrating these three dimensions, participants leave prepared not only to facilitate meetings—but to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire understanding, engagement, and lasting impact.
This program is ideal for:
Previous facilitation experience is recommended. This bootcamp is designed for individuals who already facilitate groups and are looking to strengthen their skills through intensive practice and coaching.
