The Experience
This experience is very much “work hard, play hard.” Yes, we will have a well-worth it packed three days of learning and practice. What sets this course apart is that this isn’t just training – there will be ample time for self-reflection, time outside (weather-dependent), and building relationships. We also take care of you so that you can focus on what’s important – the experience! We provide:
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages on each retreat day
- One group dinner
- 1-hr coaching session post-retreat
Lodging is not included in the registration fee. However, we will arrange for retreat participants to receive discounted rates on their rooms. A link to book will be sent to you post confirmation. Sedona is an absolutely stunning destination! You are welcome to bring family with you to spend time golfing, hiking, adventuring, or relaxing at the spa when the retreat isn’t formally in session.
Your Instructor & Guide
A premier facilitator and organizational development practitioner, Irina guides teams through strategic planning, change and engagement initiatives. Irina also teaches the art and science of facilitation and facilitative leadership. Born in the USSR, Irina spent the first half of her life in Russia, Crimea and Ukraine. She moved to the US in 2002 and co-founded the Institute of Cultural Affairs Ukraine (named an “enemy of the state” for her efforts). Irina delivers lively, inspiring experiences for communities and organizations. Irina is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
