Ukrainian Facilitators Cohort: The Facilitation of Transformational Changes

Ukrainian Facilitators Cohort

HueLife’s CEO and Co-Founder, Dr. Irina Fursman, alongside a dedicated team of leaders from the USA and Ukraine, led the Ukrainian Facilitators Cohort: The Facilitation of Transformational Changes program. Over three months (October–December 2024), participants engaged in virtual sessions, culminating in a final completion session in January 2025, empowering them to drive meaningful change in Ukraine.

The Facilitation of Transformational Changes program was designed for facilitators dedicated to driving significant organizational change. Participants explored various theories and models of organizational development and transformation, learning how to effectively apply them in practice. This program emphasized practical application, peer learning, and the development of a democratic system in Ukraine.

Program Objectives

1. Understanding Organizational Development Theories: Gain a comprehensive understanding of various organizational development and transformation theories, including Kurt Lewin’s Change Management Model, Action Research, and the Change Formula.

2. Application of Theories in Practice:  Learn to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations through practical exercises and peer collaboration.

3. Tool Utilization: Develop and utilize tools such as Rational Aim/Experiential Aim, Granny’s Motivation & Ability Model, and ToP Strategic Planning to facilitate transformational change.

4. Peer Learning and Collaboration: Engage with fellow facilitators in a round table format to share experiences, challenges, and solutions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

5. Commitment to Community Service: Enhance the ability to serve communities effectively, contributing to the development of a new democratic system in Ukraine.

6. Development of Facilitation Skills: Improve facilitation skills to manage and lead transformative changes within organizations and communities.
