Meet Your Trainers
Megan Jacobson is a CA-USA Certified ToP® Facilitator and Mentor Trainer specializing in community engagement, communication enhancement, and helping teams build consensus around a shared vision. As an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner for eight years, she supports individuals and organizations in strengthening performance through greater self-awareness and understanding of diverse working styles. Megan has worked extensively with city and county government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and K–12 educational institutions. With a background as a creative director and theater professional, she brings energy and clarity to every session, designing engaging meetings that honor diverse personalities and cultivate confidence, collaboration, and lasting impact.

Travis Beck is a Certified ToP® Facilitator and trainer with nearly two decades of experience guiding groups through meaningful dialogue, reflection, and shared decision-making. An ordained deacon in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), Travis serves as Director of Worship, Music, & Arts at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Rochester, MN, where he regularly facilitates workshops, staff retreats, and community conversations. His facilitation practice is grounded in systems thinking, organizational development, and strategic planning, informed by years of leadership as a musician, educator, and public speaker. Travis has partnered with organizations including University Baptist Church, Community Peace Celebration, and the National Rural Health Resource Center.
