The HUE Implementation Journey is built on a powerful insight: 
Implementation is not linear. It follows a sigmoidal (S-Curve) pattern — the mathematical manifestation of how systems evolve, mature, plateau, and renew. 

Modeled after best adult learning practices, this peer-learning experience integrates participatory tools with the S-Curve framework to help leaders anticipate and navigate the natural dynamics of change.
