With recent changes to our work environment, who couldn’t use a little help keeping their team together, on track and working toward those common goals? We’ve got a solution for you!
HueLife is now offering VIRTUAL LABS! These 1-hour virtual classes will cover all aspects of communication, project management & problem solving in the new virtual landscape. All participants will walk away with a tool that they can turn around and use ASAP with their teams! These courses will run online via Zoom, 3 times per week. Each class is $25, now through April 12th!
LEADING VIRTUAL CONVERSATIONS
A good conversation is inclusive of multiple perspectives and ideas. But how can we encourage active engagement and inclusive participation if we have to meet online? In this lab, learn how to design meaningful and impactful conversations where participants engage virtually. As a bonus, we’ll also review virtual meeting etiquette and give you a chance to design a virtual conversation you need to have with your team.
VIRTUAL TEAM DECISIONS
It’s important to keep an environment of inclusive participation, but how do you do that virtually? In this lab, you will get the chance to experience participating in a Consensus workshop on an online platform.
VIRTUAL TEAM RETROSPECTIVES
Leading a retrospective meeting or need to quickly brainstorm solutions to an issue? This lab will offer a tool that will help your team make a quick informed decision.
KEEPING THE TEAM ON TRACK & ON TASK
How do you get updates from your team but not spend your entire meeting doing updates and not moving to action? This lab will offer a tool to provide teams a way to keep updated on projects/workload while working remotely.
RE-MANEUVERING IN THE MOMENT
We may be working remotely, but projects continue. This lab will offer a tool to assess a current plan by identifying what is working, what is preventing progress and create a plan to readjust to move forward.
CONVENING VIRTUAL MEETINGS
This lab will give participants the ability to design meetings utilizing ORID as the foundation for each portion of a meeting agenda taking the group through a process that allows them to come to a shared understanding of the task at hand and leave with action steps.
