Testimonials

“This course pushed me to think about how the groups I work with could become “experts” on their situations by talking to their constituents themselves. As a result, they believed what their constituents were saying far more than if I’d done it on my own.”

“I was dazzled by the tools. I have used the customer requirements matrix in many situations to help the group discover their real situation in a way this is engaging, meaningful and illuminating.”
