Keeping projects and plans on track is difficult when various organizational changes slow down progress. Taking action to keeping plans on track can be often fraught with potholes, pitfalls and setbacks. Learn techniques to help you keep plans and projects alive, relevant, doable and achievable.  

This one day course is designed to explore a variety of challenges we all face with keeping plans on track! Join your peers in a learning community environment to reflect on your own and others’ experiences as well as gain additional tools for your toolbox. 

You will learn to:

✔ Engage cross-functional groups, timelines and commitments

✔ Anticipate ups and down of implementing strategies

✔ Bring closure and celebrate the team’s work
