Tips from the Training Room:

 

Where many family and friends are gathering again in-person for the holidays this year, emotions are running high and there may be dissonance regarding the structure of sharing space and meals. On the other hand, many people are spending the holiday season alone, by choice or not, where many difficult emotions and thoughts need to be processed as well.

 

The conversation guide we have created for you offers a variety of contexts from which you can choose to apply them. Please consider the importance of group reflection as well as private introspection in the upcoming weeks to develop your self-awareness and act on commitments to remain emotionally regulated to engage with self and others in healthy and holistic ways during upcoming celebrations this winter season.
