Stephanie Ahles will share a case where she was able to take an existing branding report for a small city in Iowa – previously completed by an independent marketing group – and turn it into an action plan with 70+ community members. Her approach and participatory processes used to engage the public resulted in a renewed commitment to the branding plan, refreshed ideas and sense of ownership for the project.
