Jim Brimeyer, Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach

Jim has a proven methodology for working with public sector executives, based on a long history of achievements in the public sector as well as other relevant experience. Jim has completed the necessary requirements to become a Certified Executive Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching – which grants this certification through the International Coaching Federation. Jim holds a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration in Public Administration. He had a 20+ year successful career both as a City Manager and Interim Manager. Jim has also owned and managed his own executive search firm for over 20 years (known as the Brimeyer Group, then Brimeyer Fursman). He served eight years on a City Council and chaired the steering committee for two community-wide visioning processes both in 1995 and 2005. Lunch and learn provides an opportunity for free learning and professional development. Organizations,
groups, and individuals can request a lunch and learn session. Below is an outline of what the lunch and learn
agenda looks like. If you are interested, please inquire below – you will be forwarded to send an email
to Jim Brimeyer. 

 Meet around lunchtime – bag lunch or HueLife will order from someplace local

 10-15 minutes – Lunch and explain the concept of coaching

 20-30 minutes – Present and discuss case studies of completed coaching assignments and a powerful
coaching tool that I   share with clients.

 10- 15 minutes – Discussion

 All attendees are welcome to schedule a 20-30 individual session to meet with me at a later time to discuss
 their interest in the idea of coaching.
